Wedding Coordination Requirements

To ensure your vision comes to life, Agave requires couples to hire a Wedding Coordinator (also known as a month-of or day-of coordinator) or choose a package that includes coordination.

Your coordinator will:

• Manage timelines and schedules
• Oversee setup and décor
• Troubleshoot last-minute challenges
• Serve as the main contact for vendors—so you, your family, and your guests can relax and enjoy the celebration
