You may notice we described this venue using the word, “magical.” That’s the exact vibe we get from this venue. Agave of Sedona has a Majestic Red Rock view that will literally blow you away. The Montage Ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic views… we are literally swooning! Can you imagine the dreamy photos that could be captured on your wedding day? There is a gorgeous backdrop no matter where you’re standing!
The view isn’t the only incredible perk this gem of a venue has to offer. They really know how to create the perfect ambiance with custom lighting, large decorative mirrors and hand-blown glass wall sconces that add a soft glow to the aura of the room. The expansive Terrace next to the ballroom is accented with a fire and water feature that magnifies this magical mood we are talking about!
The Celebration Terrace was designed to accommodate your cocktail hour or to serve as a backup location for your ceremony. This venue has so much space, with over 6,000 square feet inside and 5,000 outside.
The lounge is a stylish gathering place with a large leather sofa and wing back chairs that invite your guests to sit comfortably while enjoying each other’s company. Large French doors connect the lounge to the outdoor Celebration Terrace so there is plenty of indoor/outdoor flow. This is a space for guests to really take it all in, mingle and entertain their taste buds with delightful hors d’oeuvres while enjoying the outdoors and unbelievable views. We think it would be an incredible experience just to attend a wedding here… to actually be married at this venue would be a dream come true!

How does catering work?
We have a preferred vendors list containing a variety of food fares that are recommended as we have worked with them and received positive feedback from guests as well as their professionalism in handling our customers’ needs. However, outside vendors are allowed with the requirement of insurance verification.
How do decorations work?
Each event is customized to the color/theme of each party – handled by the contracted individuals or a hired planner.
What is the rain plan?
We are an outdoor venue with a covered Ramada. The Ramada is sufficient for most weather conditions experienced in our area. It does not protect from harsh storms with high winds and that would require a rain delay.

How do decorations work?
You are welcome to provide your own decor, however, we do offer decorating services starting at $100 an hour.
What is the rain plan?
We are open rain or shine! We have several great relationships with tent rental companies nearby and can help you reserve a tent if necessary, but that is at your discretion.

Our floral vendor is awesome and can create beautiful one-of-kind centerpieces, bouquets and décor, or you can DIY.
What is the rain plan?
The rain plan is to go indoors to the banquet hall…. very rarely used. Our weather in our area is awesome. Less than 2% of our weddings have had to move inside due to weather.
